Ajaz Khan has pulled a disappearing act after serious rape allegations linked to a Ullu App controversy.
Mumbai: It looks like Ajaz Khan, a professional controversy monger and a former contestant of Bigg Boss, has gone poof. This comes right after some rather bold gulp allegations on a certain a-what-apparent “streaming service — the one that is always watched “accidentally.”
In what is being termed “Operation Where’s Ajaz?”, the police seem to be going door to door, checking CCTV footage, and might as well start swiping right on dating apps to look for clues. So far, Khan is more ghosted than your last Tinder date.
Witnesses claim the actor went off-grid right after encountering life-altering criticism, including sexual assault, stemming from the controversy of a Ullu App shoot. As investigators look deeper into the matter, it’s been reported that Ajaz’s last known location was “not around here.”
While that was going on, Twitter (a.k.a.. the Desi Parliament) was on fire. A few people have come in strong defense of Ajaz, others are dragging the man harder than a soap opera villain, and some are just asking: “Wait, who is Ajaz Khan again?”
In a statement that read like it was coming from a hostage, a Ullu App, where “We take such matters very seriously and are cooperating with the investigation.” Takes a breath, “No, we don’t have any unreleased footage. Stop asking.”
We’re told by police sources that they are extending the proverbial arm-stretch, not yoga but actual looking for Ajaz Khan. “This isn’t Ajaz’s Bigg Boss house, he can’t just sneak away into the confessional or getaway through the stairs,” adds one officer, who looks like he’s had no sleep for days, on conditions of anonymity.
Whatever drama unfolds from today is different, but one thing is clear: whichever way you cut this is messier than a Ullu plot twist. The next Finding Khan show might be dropping soon if Ajaz doesn’t turn himself in.
